In fact, the Slow Juicer technology allows extraction at very low speed without generating heat and therefore oxidation of fruits and vegetables is not accelerated. The filters are made of stainless steel, a material that, in addition to being resistant to wear, prevents the formation of germs. The jugs and containers are made of tritan, a plastic that is safe for health (used for bottles) and stronger than polycarbonate. The auger of this fruit and vegetable extractor is made of Ultem, a high-performance biocompatible thermoplastic capable of withstanding high pressure.
