Thanks to 18 different accessories, this kitchen machine whips, blends, kneads, juices, mixes, grinds, chops and stuffs sausages. The new model is compatible with previous versions: this means new accessories can be used on earlier Ankarsrum Assistant Original models and
vice versa.
MORE VERSATILE AND PRACTICAL THAN ANY OTHER
With a bowl capacity of 7 liters, it can prepare up to 5 kg of dough with one and a half liters of liquid at a time. Unlike other mixers, the bowl rotates instead of the tools (e.g. the whisk), since it is positioned above the motor and gears. This design makes the engine more robust and efficient and simplifies kitchen tasks, as ingredients can be added from above

Esperienza positiva, della quale non sono completamente soddisfatto solamente per i tempi di spedizione della merce (tre settimane mi sembrano un po’ troppo…). In ogni caso la comunicazione con il venditore, sia via e-mail che telefonica, è stata eccellente.
