Non ho ricevuto la mail con conferma di spedizione del prodotto ordinato e sto chiamando il numero dedicato da più giorni senza successo. Ho scritto tramite web e a distanza di due giorni non ho ricevuto nessun contatto.
Ci siamo innamorati del profumatore Davania dopo averlo sentito in un hotel, unico nella sua profumazione, sia per la casa che per grandi ambienti, uno spruzzo persiste per giorni senza infastidire. Noi lo usiamo nel nostro negozio e tutti i clienti rimangono piacevolmente colpiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, semplicissimo fare l'ordine e puntualissimi nella spedizione. Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Ed allora ecco fatto questa è la mia esperienza dopo aver acquistato. Attendo info in merito all'ordine effettuato in data 20.05. Grazie
