E' semplice ordinare, peccato che gli articoli sono segnati come disponibili sul sito, ma in realtà risultano da ordinare e ti avvisano solo dopo l'acquisto con una email. Anche dopo la mail, controllando il sito, la situazione non viene aggiornata. In molti negozi online purtroppo cominciano ad adottare questi sistemi pur di ricevere gli ordini, sistemi che trovo scorretti. Per fortuna il rimborso avviene senza problemi.
Era in consegna ma l’agenzia fedex delle consegne mi ha mandato una email dicendo che l’indirizzo è sbagliato perché il corriere non mi ha telefonato come tutti i corrieri se non trovano l’indirizzo o qualcuno a casa. Una settimana che non fanno comunicazione .FedEx agenzia da evitare

Purtroppo il ricambio che ho acquistato aveva un difetto strutturale che non dipendeva dal venditore, ma con molta professionalità e cortesia mi è stato detto di fare il reso e mi è stato resistutio l'importo dell'acquisto.
