Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso. Ordine N° 800011299 del 18-12-2024 consegnato il 20-01-2025... devo aggiungere altro??? Capisco il periodo festivo ma data la previsione di soli 7 gg lavorativi mi sembra eccessivo.
Ho acquistato e pagato un prodotto disponibile sul sito e non in magazzino. Vendere merce sul sito disponibile ma in realtà non credo sia una cosa seria. Sto ancora aspettando quando da me pagato. Speriamo di non aver perso i soldi.

Mah !!! Non è cominciata bene : sito poco aggiornato dato che dopo 2 giorni dal mio ordine ( che sul sito i pezzi venivano dati per disponibili) si sono rilevati " da ordinare" !! Vengo comunque avvisato via mail che ci volevano 7 /10 GG che scadono oggi ma di mezzo c'è un giorno festivo e un weekend... Speriamo bene !!
