03/11/25 Ad oggi non posso rilasciare una vera e propria recensione poiché il prodotto da me ordinato, che pareva essere disponibile, non lo era. Però devo dire che il giorno seguente il mio ordine sono subito stato contattato dal customerservice, tramite mail, che mi segnalava la mancanza e che se fossi stato interessato a portare avanti l'ordine ci sarebbero voluti ca. 10/15 gg per farlo arrivare dal fornitore, se invece volevo recedere dal contratto avrebbero provveduto a rimborsarmi subito l'intero importo. Quindi diciamo che il mio voto ad oggi vale a metà, un po per il prodotto non disponibile, pur essendo segnato sul loro sito disponibile, ma con il servizio molto cortese e tempestivo. Mi riservo di aggiornare la mia recensione non appena arriverà il prodotto, spero presto 🙃🙃 06/11/25. Mi aspettavo che la macchina ordinata arrivasse attorno al 15/11/25, invece il giorno 04/11 ricevo comunicazione che il prodotto è stato spedito e ieri, 05/11/25, mi è stato consegnato. Devo dire un'ottimo servizio iniziando dal customerservice che mi ha comunicato tempestivamente la mancanza e lasciandomi la possibilità di annullare l'ordine con il riaccredito dell'importo, il prezzo del prodotto sicuramente il più concorrenziale sul mercato, la celerità nella consegna, nonostante il prodotto non fosse a magazzino. 5 Stelle ci stanno tutte!!! Il prodotto è arrivato perfetto funziona alla grande e fa un'ottimo caffè, ma su quello non avevo dubbi poiché ho avuto alte macchine espresso di Lelit. Quindi grazie a Assperr
Ci siamo innamorati del profumatore Davania dopo averlo sentito in un hotel, unico nella sua profumazione, sia per la casa che per grandi ambienti, uno spruzzo persiste per giorni senza infastidire. Noi lo usiamo nel nostro negozio e tutti i clienti rimangono piacevolmente colpiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, semplicissimo fare l'ordine e puntualissimi nella spedizione. Che dire prodotti super consigliati.
Esperienza negativa perché il prezzo pubblicato non era corretto. Dopo aver acquistato una coppia di climatizzatori ed aver ricevuto le dovute notifiche, compresa la ricevuta di pagamento, dopo 48 h ricevo una mail in cui mi si informa che il prezzo dei prodotti fosse stato pubblicato per errore, e che per ricevere gli stessi prodotti avrei dovuto aggiungere circa 417 € in più. Ovviamente ho richiesto rimborso.
esperienza eccellente. chiarimenti accurati ottenuti prontamente dall'operatore telefonico al numero fornito dal sito. spedizione immediata, marginale una piccola incomprensione con il corriere che aveva indicato la consegna nel pomeriggio ma che si è presentato al mio domicilio in anticipo al mattino. L'autista mi ha chiamato al telefono e siamo riusciti a risolvere. L'oggetto acquistato aveva un imballo originale e intatto, e corrispondeva in tutto al mio ordine. Il prezzo da me pagato era significativamente più basso di quello offerto da aziende più note. Bravi.

Sul sito pubblicizzano prodotto disponibile. Dopo averlo acquistato, il 23/9 mi mandano una mail comunicando che il prodotto non è disponibile e devono richiederlo al fornitore, tempi di attesa 7/10 gg. Ad oggi 9/10 non avendo avuto notizie, sollecito telefonicamente e mi comunicano di non aver ricevuto nulla da loro fornitore e si rendono disponibili alla revoca dell'ordine ed al rimborso di quanto pagato. Richiesta revoca...Una stella é anche troppo.
