Soddisfacente.
Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Ho mandato ad aggiustare il ferro da stiro . Ottima esperienza , riconsegnato come nuovo . Unica nota da migliorare i tempi un po' lunghi !
Ottima esperienza complessivamente, in generale peccato per la totale mancanza di tracking diretta dal sito, ciononostante ottima customer care che informa ed è in linea diretta, occorrerebbe almeno informare dell'assenza di oggetti a magazzino per aiutare il consumatore a prendere una scelta informata. Comunque articolo arrivato, funzionante e ottimamente impacchettato.
È la prima volta che compro e posso soltanto dare giudizio positivo. Assistenza telefonica molto efficace e il prodotto e6 arrivato in ottime condizioni. Se mi serve qualcos'altro comprerò di nuovo da loro.
Da migliorare il metodo di ricerca componente. Allo stesso tempo si riesce a trovare il componente corretto anche per un hobbista alle prime armi ,e grazie a questo sito ho aggiustato il mio Vaporetto polti...con 40€ di scheda elettronica ho rimesso in funzione un apparecchio da 270€
