The carriage runs on self-lubricating bushings, to ensure the linearity of the movement and maximum precision when cutting the slice.

All the screws, including the wafer, are made of stainless steel, while the material used for the slicer body is anodized aluminum: a metal alloy famous for its characteristics of lightness, strength and rustproof.
