Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Purtroppo dopo a un mese dall'ordine non ho ancora ricevuto quanto ordinato, il materiale non è stato ancora spedito.
Pessima esperienza, dopo aver acquistato un prodotto disponibile in magazzino dopo cinque giorni non ho avuto nessuna email per la spedizione. Contattati mediante chat mi hanno risposto che aspettavano il prodotto dal fornitore. Successivamente mi hanno informato che il prodotto non era più disponibile e mi avrebbero rimborsato la cifra spesa.

L'acquisto e la consegna sono stati facili e puntuali. Peccato che l'azienda non ha precisato che gli articoli acquistati, che normalmente hanno una scadenza di almeno 4/5 anni, scadono ad aprile 2025. Sarebbe stata corretta un'informazione adeguata e completa.
