Sono ancora in attesa che arrivi un prodotto che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in pochi giorni.
Poco dopo avere fatto l'ordine mi hanno scritto via email dicendomi che purtroppo il ricambio che avevo ordinato non era in magazzino e se volevo annullare tutto; per fortuna ciò che chiedevo era una scorta che non avevo fretta di ricevere, per cui ho scelto di aspettare che rifornissero il magazzino ed oggi ho ricevuto tutto. Inizialmente trovata ottima sia per prezzo che per spedizione, la sorpresa all.arrivo del pacco dove trovo un solo articolo anziché i due che avevo pagato, contattato il servizio clienti mi è stato risposto che avrebbero controllato e inviato il prodotto mancante,oggi la sorpresa di una mail di Bartolini dove mi comunica che ho una consegna da aspeer del prodotto mancante ma dove dovrei pagare il secondo articolo già pagato e pure la spedizione, spedizione che rinvierò al mittente con tanti saluti, purtroppo sotto questo aspetto direi esperienza decisamente negativa.
Buono il contatto con il servizio clienti, più lenta delle aspettative la consegna del prodotto per carenza di magazzino ma nel complesso esperienza d’acquisto buona.

Da migliorare il metodo di ricerca componente. Allo stesso tempo si riesce a trovare il componente corretto anche per un hobbista alle prime armi ,e grazie a questo sito ho aggiustato il mio Vaporetto polti...con 40€ di scheda elettronica ho rimesso in funzione un apparecchio da 270€
