Spedizione veloce e rispondente all'ordine
Dopo anni di acquisti presso il negozio di Marghera mi sono azzardato ad ordinare due ricambi dal sito web, purtroppo i pezzi seppur dati come disponibili non erano a magazzino e non era più possibile l'ordine presso il loro fornitore; devo comunque dire che la risposta è stata veloce e mi hanno rimborsato quanto versato.

Ho acquistato un articolo che non prevedeva come da immagine il costo del trasporto. Avendomi fatto notare che si trattava di un errore(che non dipendeva da me) mi è stato chiesto se desideravo la restituzione della somma. Ho scelto questa opzione,ma la azienda in questione mi ha inviato il pezzo a sue spese. Ho ritenuto il gesto molto corretto.
Il prodotto acquistato una decina di giorni or sono non mi è ancora pervenuto, sono stato avvertito del ritardo inizialmente, ma da allora nessuna notizia, e adesso devo partire per le ferie. Sarebbe stata gradita una maggior attenzione, con aggiornamenti sullo stato dell'ordine.
