Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere. Azienda molto seria. Ho ricevuto il prodotto in tempi rapidi con il corriere fedex. Il prodotto aveva la griglia di protezione posteriore visibilmente ammaccata , nonostante il pacco era integro e ben imballato. Ho fatto presente il problema, e per evitare la sostituzione, in quanto il pacco pesa piú di 30kg ho proposto di inviarmi solo la griglia, che mi invieranno in una settimana in quanto al momento non ê disponibile nei loro magazzini. Sono certo che terranno fede alla loro parola.
