Esperienza eccellente con il ritiro in negozio. La spedizione presso il punto vendita è stata rapidissima ed il personale in loco (Marghera) mi ha assistito aiutandomi a portare l'oggetto acquistato, che era molto pesante, in auto. Nessun aspetto mi ha soddisfatto, ho ordinato e pagato un ricambio per lucidatrice Folletto, dopo una settimana ho telefonato per avere informazioni a riguardo e mi è stato riferito che il pezzo non era più disponibile e mi era stato fatto il rimborso, ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna mail né tanto meno il rimborso.

Non proprio la velocità di consegna presso il punto di ritiro (nel caso specifico non è stato un problema in quanto non avevo urgenza), però, in rapporto di altri servizi di altri operatori, qualche giorno per la consegna è tanto. Il ritiro è andato a buon fine, solo con un appunto: mi sono presentato al punto ritiro, ho semplicemente detto che ci dovrebbe essere un prodotto per me e la commessa mi ha "semplicemente" risposto che le è pervenuto un pacco, che non sa cosa contenga, mi ha chiesto solo se sono Simone, ho detto di si, ma potevo essere anche Mario, così me lo ho consegnato senza chiedermi prova dell'acquisto. Va benissimo !!!! Ma se invece fossi stato Mario e non Simone ??? Il mio prodotto, già pagato, sarebbe stato consegnato ad uno sconosciuto.
