Filter for water dispensers, Basic RS 500 AG filter guarantees a degree of filtration of 5 microns, reducing chlorine and suspended microparticles, thus helping to significantly improve the taste and smell of treated water.
The BASIC Ag Filter acts like a triple action filter system:
- mechanical filtration action and chemical adsorption action performed by the Carbon Block with a filtration degree of 0.5 micron. Both guarantee the reduction of chlorine and microparticles in suspension, thus helping to significantly improve the taste and smell of the treated water
- bacteriostatic action (Ag principle), i.e. the silver salts with which the Carbon Block is impregnated. It performs an important bacteriostatic action, preventing bacteria from proliferating inside the filter

Ottima esperienza complessivamente, in generale peccato per la totale mancanza di tracking diretta dal sito, ciononostante ottima customer care che informa ed è in linea diretta, occorrerebbe almeno informare dell'assenza di oggetti a magazzino per aiutare il consumatore a prendere una scelta informata. Sul sito pubblicizzano prodotto disponibile. Dopo averlo acquistato, il 23/9 mi mandano una mail comunicando che il prodotto non è disponibile e devono richiederlo al fornitore, tempi di attesa 7/10 gg. Ad oggi 9/10 non avendo avuto notizie, sollecito telefonicamente e mi comunicano di non aver ricevuto nulla da loro fornitore e si rendono disponibili alla revoca dell'ordine ed al rimborso di quanto pagato. Richiesta revoca...Una stella é anche troppo.
Spedizione nei tempi previsti e risposte dal fornitore sempre in giornata. Anche se l'ordine era di importo molto basso. Consigliato sicuramente.
