Trovato un ricambio (disponibile da sito). Non proprio regalato tra pezzo e spese di spedizione. Il giorno successivo pagamento rimborsato perché non reperibile. Azione rapida e puntuale, ma disponibilità non affidabile
Purtroppo il mio problema specifico non si è risolto e la macchina Nespresso da riparare è tornata indietro non riparata (mi hanno avvisato di ciò ma non ho capito il perché). Le 4 stelle per il servizio accessorio dalla presa della macchina da riparare alla riconsegna.
