Nessun aspetto mi ha soddisfatto, ho ordinato e pagato un ricambio per lucidatrice Folletto, dopo una settimana ho telefonato per avere informazioni a riguardo e mi è stato riferito che il pezzo non era più disponibile e mi era stato fatto il rimborso, ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna mail né tanto meno il rimborso.
Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. E' il mio secondo ordine di ricambi per il mio robot da cucina e anche se qualcosa non era disponibile al momento, mi èè stato anche popostl il rimborso, ma ho preferito aspettare 3-4 giorni e mi è stato tutto recapitato, quindi ottima esperienza, in caso di necessita sicuramente ritornerò
Esperienza pessima. Prima accettano l'ordine facendo credere di avere il materiale a magazzino in pronta consegna. In realtà ordinano sul venduto. Poi dopo giorni " persi" e di attesa ti annullano l'ordine dicendo che il fornitore non ha piu' disponibilità del pezzo ordinato. Pessima esperienza.
Purtroppo dopo a un mese dall'ordine non ho ancora ricevuto quanto ordinato, il materiale non è stato ancora spedito.
