Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.

Ho fatto due acquisti separati su questo sito: un macinino gaggia e una macchina del caffè, entrambe le volte è andato tutto alla perfezione. Riacquisterò sicuramente su questo sito.
Poco professionali mettete nel sito marchi e prodotti che poi al ricevimento risultano essere diversi, non mi sembra corretto bisogna avvisare il cliente Non penso m i rivedrete !
