esperienza eccellente. chiarimenti accurati ottenuti prontamente dall'operatore telefonico al numero fornito dal sito. spedizione immediata, marginale una piccola incomprensione con il corriere che aveva indicato la consegna nel pomeriggio ma che si è presentato al mio domicilio in anticipo al mattino. L'autista mi ha chiamato al telefono e siamo riusciti a risolvere. L'oggetto acquistato aveva un imballo originale e intatto, e corrispondeva in tutto al mio ordine. Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità.
