Corretti ! Non potendo evadere l'ordine nei tempi previsti, mi hanno dato possibilità di recedere con rimborso o procedere con una nuova data di consegna (poi rispettata puntualmente). Soddisfatto dei ricambi e del servizio clienti.
Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
