Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Esperienza eccellente con il ritiro in negozio. La spedizione presso il punto vendita è stata rapidissima ed il personale in loco (Marghera) mi ha assistito aiutandomi a portare l'oggetto acquistato, che era molto pesante, in auto. Il prezzo d'acquisto, infine, è stato il più basso che ho potuto trovare sul mercato, compresi gli store online.
Purtroppo pessima,ordinato e pagato,dopo una mail avvisandomi che il pezzo non era disponibile. Arrivato dopo 20 giorni,ROTTO!! Ora si deve procedere al riordino 🤬
