Non avevate il pezzo di ricambio che avevo ordinato, sono stato regolarmente rimborsato, però magari prima controllare in magazzino se il ricambio è disponibile e poi metterlo sul sito.

Dopo averlo acquistato, il 23/9 mi mandano una mail comunicando che il prodotto non è disponibile e devono richiederlo al fornitore, tempi di attesa 7/10 gg. Ad oggi 9/10 non avendo avuto notizie, sollecito telefonicamente e mi comunicano di non aver ricevuto nulla da loro fornitore e si rendono disponibili alla revoca dell'ordine ed al rimborso di quanto pagato. Richiesta revoca...Una stella é anche troppo.

Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere.
