posso solo dire che al momento non formulo nessuna recensione visto che il prodotto a magazzino non è presente al momento. magari dopo la ricezione (speriamo) potrò formulare un pensiero.

Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
Professionali e corretti. Avevo fatto un piccolo acquisto e sono stata subito informata che ci sarebbero stati ritardi. Quando ho deciso di rinunciare ho avuto un rimborso immediato. Cinque stelle al servizio clienti!
