Mah !!! Non è cominciata bene : sito poco aggiornato dato che dopo 2 giorni dal mio ordine ( che sul sito i pezzi venivano dati per disponibili) si sono rilevati " da ordinare" !! Vengo comunque avvisato via mail che ci volevano 7 /10 GG che scadono oggi ma di mezzo c'è un giorno festivo e un weekend... Speriamo bene !!
Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Sconsigliatissimo, per un ordine fatto quindici giorni fa, non ancora ricevuto, non risulta più il tracciamento, ho contattato via email il servizio clienti una settimana fa e non mi ha ancora aggiornato e poi mi arriva questa email dove mi chiedono cosa ne penso di Assper, che dire che dalla Campania se andavo a piedi ero già tornato coi detersivi, meno male che ho pagato con PayPal!
