Avevo ordinato 3 prodotti, ma uno tardava ad essere assortito. Ho chiamato per chiedere aggiornamenti. Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso. Il prodotto è arrivato ma in ritardo perché non era in giacenza, questo imprevisto non era stato comunicato al momento dell’ordine ma solo in seguito, comunque è stata data la possibilità di recedere.

Ordine N° 800011299 del 18-12-2024 consegnato il 20-01-2025... devo aggiungere altro??? Capisco il periodo festivo ma data la previsione di soli 7 gg lavorativi mi sembra eccessivo.
Era in consegna ma l’agenzia fedex delle consegne mi ha mandato una email dicendo che l’indirizzo è sbagliato perché il corriere non mi ha telefonato come tutti i corrieri se non trovano l’indirizzo o qualcuno a casa. Una settimana che non fanno comunicazione .FedEx agenzia da evitare
