Esperienza positiva: ho ordinato un pezzo che però non era disponibile in magazzino. Mi hanno avvisato che sarebbe stato necessario qualche giorno in più del previsto, e infine infatti è arrivato. Tutto ok.
Purtroppo pessima,ordinato e pagato,dopo una mail avvisandomi che il pezzo non era disponibile. Arrivato dopo 20 giorni,ROTTO!! Ora si deve procedere al riordino 🤬

Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
