Mah !!! Non è cominciata bene : sito poco aggiornato dato che dopo 2 giorni dal mio ordine ( che sul sito i pezzi venivano dati per disponibili) si sono rilevati " da ordinare" !! Vengo comunque avvisato via mail che ci volevano 7 /10 GG che scadono oggi ma di mezzo c'è un giorno festivo e un weekend... Speriamo bene !!

Pessima esperienza, dopo aver acquistato un prodotto disponibile in magazzino dopo cinque giorni non ho avuto nessuna email per la spedizione. Contattati mediante chat mi hanno risposto che aspettavano il prodotto dal fornitore. Successivamente mi hanno informato che il prodotto non era più disponibile e mi avrebbero rimborsato la cifra spesa.
Ero già cliente prima di acquistare on line, comunque i prodotti sono ottimi, assistenza tramite mail ottima e disponibilissima. Spedizione tracciabilissima tramite avviso nella ricevuta dell'ordine, della spedizione, e nella consegna! Direi servizio ottimo senza nessun problema.
