Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Il prodotto era disponibile quando lo ho ordinato e poi dopo molti giorni mi è stata inviata una mail dove mi dicevano che il prodotto che avevo ordinato non era presente nei magazzini e avrei dovuto aspettare 7/10 giorni. Questa cosa non è concepibile in quanto già sul sito, devono essere stati effettuati I dovuti controlli sia di giacenza in magazzino e sia punto le effettive disponibilità. Altrimenti il soggetto che ordina ,in questo caso io, perdo tempo prezioso.
