Innanzitutto gentilezza, cortesia, professionalità e rispetto per il cliente. Facilità nel trovare i ricambi nel loro sito (anche aiutati con gli esplosi delle macchine), pronte comunicazioni delle tempistiche di reperibilità dei ricambi non presenti nei loro magazzini .
Davvero molto soddisfatta!! L'acquisto sul sito è stato semplice e i prezzi sono più convenienti dei siti più famosi. L'assistenza clienti è stata rapida nel fornire informazioni e dati di spedizione. In aggiunta, c'è da dire che il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, il che aiuta sempre! Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere. Quindi un'ottima esperienza di acquisto.
