FIELDS OF APPLICATION
M205 is specific for quick cleaning and stain removal of carpets, carpets, upholstery, armchairs, sofas and other furnishing fabrics.
METHODS OF USE
Before surgery with M205, check the color of a hidden portion of the surface to be removed. In case of dry stain, lightly scrape the area to be treated with a non-sharp knife, spoon or brush, then vacuum thoroughly to remove as much residue as possible. In case of a damp stain, absorb with absorbent paper or a clean cloth. Shake the bottle well and spray M205 on the stained part. Leave it to act for a few minutes, possibly brushing in the direction of the hair, allowing the foam to penetrate, working from the outside towards the center of the stained area to avoid widening the stain. Dab with a clean cloth, paper towel or sponge. Allow to dry and vacuum or wipe clean to remove any crystallized foam or dirt residues

Buongiorno la mia esperienza e la delusione che o avuto da voi scrive che prodotto arriva in 1-2gg lavorativi e da me sono passati 5 GG e non sono sicura se arriva lunedì il 6 maggio non lo so se e colpa vostra o di Barttollini grazie
Sono ancora in attesa che arrivi un prodotto che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in pochi giorni.
Mah !!! Non è cominciata bene : sito poco aggiornato dato che dopo 2 giorni dal mio ordine ( che sul sito i pezzi venivano dati per disponibili) si sono rilevati " da ordinare" !! Vengo comunque avvisato via mail che ci volevano 7 /10 GG che scadono oggi ma di mezzo c'è un giorno festivo e un weekend... Speriamo bene !!

Innanzitutto gentilezza, cortesia, professionalità e rispetto per il cliente. Facilità nel trovare i ricambi nel loro sito (anche aiutati con gli esplosi delle macchine), pronte comunicazioni delle tempistiche di reperibilità dei ricambi non presenti nei loro magazzini .
Purtroppo il mio problema specifico non si è risolto e la macchina Nespresso da riparare è tornata indietro non riparata (mi hanno avvisato di ciò ma non ho capito il perché). Le 4 stelle per il servizio accessorio dalla presa della macchina da riparare alla riconsegna.
