ST32B Descaler for dishwashers Description
Concentrated low foam buffered acid descaler, for cleaning and removing inorganic deposits from floors, equipment, systems and pipes.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
ST32B is used as a general-purpose non-foaming descaler. ST32B can be used on stainless steel, epoxy and phenolic resins, cement, fiberglass, plastic materials, and on all acid-resistant surfaces.
It should be used with caution (low dosages and short contact times) on galvanized, tin-plated and aluminum surfaces.
ST32B is specifically used as part of cleaning programs according to the HACCP system in various sectors of the food industry:
- In Collective Catering and in food distribution establishments for descaling at the end of the work cycle: Equipment, cutlery, Teflon cutting boards, worktops, slicers, mixers, plates and cooking grids, cookers, ovens, extractors, refrigerators, floors, showcases displays, refrigerated cabinets, pantries and storage shelves, waste collection bins, dishwashers, glass washers, cup washers (2% vaporizer or immersion) pasteurisers, creamers, automatic dispensers for soft drinks, wine, beer (2% in recirculation (C.I.P. procedure)
- In the bottling and beverage, oenological, dairy, confectionery, canning and oil mills, meat and fish industries, slaughterhouses, farms and livestock farms, for the periodic descaling of: bottle washing machines and bottle washers, pasteurizers, boilers, pipes, milking plants, cheese molds, containers, tanks, industrial dishwashers, floors resistant to acid products.
METHODS OF USE
- Immersion or recirculation cleaning of tools or removable parts of machinery.
- Spray or brush cleaning of large systems.
- Thorough floor cleaning by hand with a mop and wringer trolley or with a single brush. (from 0.5 to 3% depending on the degree of incrustation).
ST32B can be used both cold and hot (max 60°C) for contact times of a few minutes (up to 15 minutes for the most resistant surfaces).
On aluminum and ferrous metals, do not exceed the 0.5% concentration with water at room temperature and for very short contact times. It is recommended to rinse thoroughly after each wash.
Do not use on marble, limestone and glazed surfaces.
In the case of surfaces in direct contact with food, it is recommended to rinse.

Ho risposto che accettavo la tempistica e di procedere ma ad oggi (29/08/2024) non ho più avuto nessun ritorno. Non posso certo dare una recensione positiva....
Ho acquistato un deumidificatore il quale mi è stato consegnato in tempi previsti e in perfette condizioni. In seguito mi sono accorto che quel articolo non aveva una funzionalità che era importante nel mio caso specifico. Ho chiamato telefonicamente Assperr (sig. ra Cristina) e senza alcun indugio ha organizzato il ritiro e mi ha accreditato la somma. Sono professionali, affidabili e cortesi. Consigliato al 100%

Nessun aspetto mi ha soddisfatto, ho ordinato e pagato un ricambio per lucidatrice Folletto, dopo una settimana ho telefonato per avere informazioni a riguardo e mi è stato riferito che il pezzo non era più disponibile e mi era stato fatto il rimborso, ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna mail né tanto meno il rimborso.

Ho acquistato online due filtri ricambio. Il giorno seguente mi scrivete che purtroppo non erano dispon. Lo sarebbero stati in 07-10 giorni. Vi ho risposto che avrei atteso. Ad oggi 03-07 dopo ieri avervi scritto, avervi chiamato ma in ditta c'è solo il tasto 1 corrispondente al magazzino che risponde il quale ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare appena possibile ad oggi nessuno mi ha risposto,eppure nella mia mail però ho ricevuto richieste di feedback come se avessi già ricevuto tutto. Ed allora ecco fatto questa è la mia esperienza dopo aver acquistato. Attendo info in merito all'ordine effettuato in data 20.05. Grazie
Purtroppo il mio problema specifico non si è risolto e la macchina Nespresso da riparare è tornata indietro non riparata (mi hanno avvisato di ciò ma non ho capito il perché). Le 4 stelle per il servizio accessorio dalla presa della macchina da riparare alla riconsegna.
