ST4C is a general-purpose liquid detergent for professional and semi-professional dishwashers, specific for washing in the presence of very hard water (above 30 °F).
ST4C is also used in the immersion washing of stainless steel cookware.
ST4C is available in a 6 kg plastic basket.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
ST4C is used for machine washing dishes, cutlery, glasses, in the kitchens of restaurants, hotels, communities, canteens, schools, hospitals, and for the immersion washing of stainless steel pots.
METHODS OF USE
- Freshwater hardness (0-15 °F): 1 g/lt
- Medium water hardness (16-25 °F): 1.5 g/lt
- Hard water hardness (over 25 °F): 2 g/lt
For immersion washing of cookware, dilute to 1-2% (100-200 g per 10 liters of water).
