DS48 is an odorless degreaser with low foam, high alkalinity and a strong solubilizing and emulsifying power of fats, specific for cleaning floors in food industries encrusted with animal or vegetable fat with a scrubber dryer.
DS48 acts quickly and effectively even in the presence of hard water and is easily rinsed off.
DS48 is available in a 3L plastic basket
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
DS48 is used as part of cleaning programs according to the HACCP system in collective catering, in food distribution establishments, in supermarkets, in farms and slaughterhouses, in the meat and fish industry, for manual or mechanical deep cleaning of: floors heavily encrusted with grease, protein residues, food residues in general 1.5% mop, single-brush, scrubber dryer.
METHODS OF USE
DS48 can be applied either by hand with a mop or by machine with a single-brush, washer-dryer or pressure washer,
at a dilution of 1-2% (100-200 ml per 10 liters of water).
DS48 does not affect stainless steel, iron, wood, fiberglass, glass, vitrified enamel, rubber, plastic, epoxy and phenolic resins. On the other hand, some caution should be exercised in case of contact with aluminum and soft metal parts (tin, zinc, copper
