FIELDS OF APPLICATION
EB2 EcoAgrumi is used for the daily cleaning of treated and untreated floors, ceramic, stoneware, marble, granite, stone, terracotta and all washable surfaces.
It is used in the maintenance of offices, halls, stairs, toilets, kitchens, changing rooms in public and private bodies, communities, hotels, restaurants, industries, condominiums, gyms, nursing homes, airports, stations, etc..
METHODS OF USE
EB2 Ecocitrus is used in 0.3% dilution (30 ml per 10 liters of water), both by hand with a mop and wringer trolley and by machine with a scrubber dryer. It does not require rinsing.
The recommended dose saves money and minimizes environmental impact.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Composition: (Reg. (EC) n. 648/2004): between 5 and 15% non-ionic surfactants. Less than 5%: soaps,
phosphonates, perfumes. It contains methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, coumarin.
- Physical aspect: violet-colored transparent liquid
- Smell: “citrus” fragrance - Specific weight: 0.99
- Active 35%
- Ph: (as is) 8.0 ± 0.5
- Ph: (in solution for use) 7.5 - Solubility in water: complete
- Biodegradability: all the surfactants contained comply with the requirements of complete aerobic biodegradability established in Annex III of Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004

Sul sito pubblicizzano prodotto disponibile. Dopo averlo acquistato, il 23/9 mi mandano una mail comunicando che il prodotto non è disponibile e devono richiederlo al fornitore, tempi di attesa 7/10 gg. Ad oggi 9/10 non avendo avuto notizie, sollecito telefonicamente e mi comunicano di non aver ricevuto nulla da loro fornitore e si rendono disponibili alla revoca dell'ordine ed al rimborso di quanto pagato. Richiesta revoca...Una stella é anche troppo.

Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
Il ricambio richiesto è arrivato nei tempi indicati, l'mballaggio era preparato con cura. Consigliato.
