Rascott 1 liter buffered acid detergent for terracotta floors.
Cleaning product designed to remove cement and slurry residues, oxidations, salt outcrops, calcareous stains, phosphates and sulfates from terracotta surfaces.The Rascott Cleaner is used before performing a treatment, as the above-mentioned substances occlude the porosity of the terracotta floor and therefore do not guarantee the success of the treatment you are going to apply.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
For acid washing of all terracotta, industrial terracotta and brick surfaces, handmade and Mediterranean terracotta, Provencal terracotta, Spanish terracotta, earthenware, etc.
MODE OF USE
The dilution in water ranges from 1:1 to 1:5 depending on the dirt to be removed. Spread the product with the help of brushes, scouring pads or washing machines. Once the white effervescence has run
out, rinse with water.

Inizialmente trovata ottima sia per prezzo che per spedizione, la sorpresa all.arrivo del pacco dove trovo un solo articolo anziché i due che avevo pagato, contattato il servizio clienti mi è stato risposto che avrebbero controllato e inviato il prodotto mancante,oggi la sorpresa di una mail di Bartolini dove mi comunica che ho una consegna da aspeer del prodotto mancante ma dove dovrei pagare il secondo articolo già pagato e pure la spedizione, spedizione che rinvierò al mittente con tanti saluti, purtroppo sotto questo aspetto direi esperienza decisamente negativa.

Come prima volta direi benissimo c’è stato un piccolo problema causato dal trasporto però l’azienda Assperr gentilissimi nel risolvere tutto nell’ immediato senza aspettare Consiglio fortemente questa azienda e i prodotti sono fenomenali
Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
È andata male il prodotto non è mai arrivato. Sono veramente dispiaciuto.
