FIELDS OF APPLICATION
DM04 Lavanda is recommended for the daily cleaning and sanitization of:
- All surfaces, especially those subject to frequent contact with the hands (desks, tables, computer keyboards and mice, telephones, push-button panels, handles, handrails, furniture and furnishings);
- All types of floors, both resilient and hard, even protected. DM04 Lavanda is used in hospitals, nursing and nursing homes, offices, clinics, schools, hotels, gyms, communities
METHODS OF USE
Maintenance of furniture and surfaces:
- Use with a bucket:
1 dose of 25 ml. in 4 liters of water (= 0.6%).
- Use with a 1 liter nebulizer bottle:
fill the bottle with water and add a 10 ml dose depending on the degree of dirt. (the lowest mark of the dosing neck) or 25 ml. Prepare the solution and then apply it by hand with cloth or paper or spray with a spray bottle and rub until dry.
- Floor maintenance:
1 dose of 25 ml. in 8 liters of water (= 0.3%).
Prepare the solution and use it by hand with a mop or a machine with a washer-dryer.
DM04 Lavender does not require rinsing.
DM04 Lavender can also be dosed with dilution units (Venturi system).

Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Facilità di acquisto indiscutibile. Non proprio la velocità di consegna presso il punto di ritiro (nel caso specifico non è stato un problema in quanto non avevo urgenza), però, in rapporto di altri servizi di altri operatori, qualche giorno per la consegna è tanto. Il ritiro è andato a buon fine, solo con un appunto: mi sono presentato al punto ritiro, ho semplicemente detto che ci dovrebbe essere un prodotto per me e la commessa mi ha "semplicemente" risposto che le è pervenuto un pacco, che non sa cosa contenga, mi ha chiesto solo se sono Simone, ho detto di si, ma potevo essere anche Mario, così me lo ho consegnato senza chiedermi prova dell'acquisto. Va benissimo !!!! Ma se invece fossi stato Mario e non Simone ??? Il mio prodotto, già pagato, sarebbe stato consegnato ad uno sconosciuto.
Esperienza negativa perché il prezzo pubblicato non era corretto. Dopo aver acquistato una coppia di climatizzatori ed aver ricevuto le dovute notifiche, compresa la ricevuta di pagamento, dopo 48 h ricevo una mail in cui mi si informa che il prezzo dei prodotti fosse stato pubblicato per errore, e che per ricevere gli stessi prodotti avrei dovuto aggiungere circa 417 € in più. Ovviamente ho richiesto rimborso.
Purtroppo l'asse da stiro è ritornato ammaccato in due punti.
