FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Casa dustproof for cleaning: both satin and glossy porcelain stoneware (do preliminary tests on lapped porcelain stoneware to test its resistance to acids), single-fired, glazed terracotta, stoneware, klinker, resistant ceramics and majolica.
It cleans the joints returning them to their original color.
METHODS OF USE
For thorough cleaning: dilute 1:2 to 1:10 with water, spread the solution on the surfaces to be cleaned and then scrub with the cleaning brush, brush, broom, special scouring pad or scrubbing machine for a few minutes, then rinse.
For normal washing: add 2 measuring caps of product per liter of washing water (also for washer-dryers); RINSE IS NOT NECESSARY.
N.B. CASA DUSTPROOF dissolves and removes halos from whitewash stains; for washable or quartz water-based paints, use SOLVENT F/CH, SG 43, M340, before washing

Mah !!! Non è cominciata bene : sito poco aggiornato dato che dopo 2 giorni dal mio ordine ( che sul sito i pezzi venivano dati per disponibili) si sono rilevati " da ordinare" !! Vengo comunque avvisato via mail che ci volevano 7 /10 GG che scadono oggi ma di mezzo c'è un giorno festivo e un weekend... Speriamo bene !!

Il prodotto che ho acquistato purtroppo non era più disponibile, ma sono stata contattata con molta cortesia e rapidità.
Del prodotto (3 distanziali da pochi euro non urgenti) disponibili,mi hanno subito avvisato che andavano riassortiti e che avrebbero avuto un ritardo di circa una settimana. Una settimana, dopo, sono arrivati senza problemi. Mi hanno anche dato subito disponibilità ad annullare l'ordine. Mi sono sembrati una ditta, seria.
Non ho ricevuto la mail con conferma di spedizione del prodotto ordinato e sto chiamando il numero dedicato da più giorni senza successo. Ho scritto tramite web e a distanza di due giorni non ho ricevuto nessun contatto.

Esperienza negativa perché il prezzo pubblicato non era corretto. Dopo aver acquistato una coppia di climatizzatori ed aver ricevuto le dovute notifiche, compresa la ricevuta di pagamento, dopo 48 h ricevo una mail in cui mi si informa che il prezzo dei prodotti fosse stato pubblicato per errore, e che per ricevere gli stessi prodotti avrei dovuto aggiungere circa 417 € in più. Ovviamente ho richiesto rimborso.
