FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Casa dustproof for cleaning: both satin and glossy porcelain stoneware (do preliminary tests on lapped porcelain stoneware to test its resistance to acids), single-fired, glazed terracotta, stoneware, klinker, resistant ceramics and majolica.
It cleans the joints returning them to their original color.
METHODS OF USE
For thorough cleaning: dilute 1:2 to 1:10 with water, spread the solution on the surfaces to be cleaned and then scrub with the cleaning brush, brush, broom, special scouring pad or scrubbing machine for a few minutes, then rinse.
For normal washing: add 2 measuring caps of product per liter of washing water (also for washer-dryers); RINSE IS NOT NECESSARY.
N.B. CASA DUSTPROOF dissolves and removes halos from whitewash stains; for washable or quartz water-based paints, use SOLVENT F/CH, SG 43, M340, before washing

Mi è stato decurtato l'ordine ( mancavano dei prodotti ) senza avvisarmi precedentemente. Poco dopo fatto l'ordine, sono stata contattata dal customer service, per informarmi del fatto che TUTTI gli oggetti acquistati non erano disponibili. Avrebbero dovuto rifornirsi, e poi avrebbero proceduto alla spedizione. Morale della favola: sono ancora in attesa, e non capisco perché vengano lasciati in vendita articoli che sono out of stock,
Pessima esperienza, dopo aver acquistato un prodotto disponibile in magazzino dopo cinque giorni non ho avuto nessuna email per la spedizione. Contattati mediante chat mi hanno risposto che aspettavano il prodotto dal fornitore. Successivamente mi hanno informato che il prodotto non era più disponibile e mi avrebbero rimborsato la cifra spesa.

Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità.
