Ricambio perfetto, aderente alla descrizione, per quanto non ci fosse una foto a supporto. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare circa 10 GG in più per il riassortimento, ma ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi indicati dall'assistenza clienti che mi aveva offerto il rimborso nel caso non avessi voluto attendere. Ho acquistato un articolo che non prevedeva come da immagine il costo del trasporto. Avendomi fatto notare che si trattava di un errore(che non dipendeva da me) mi è stato chiesto se desideravo la restituzione della somma. Ho scelto questa opzione,ma la azienda in questione mi ha inviato il pezzo a sue spese. Ho ritenuto il gesto molto corretto.
Il prodotto corrisponde alle aspettative. Ricevuto in pochi giorni. Imballaggio perfetto, anche se mi sono cadute le braccia, per la scritta sul cartone ricevuto "MADE IN CINA", quando l'oggetto in questione, dovrebbe essere prodotto in ITALIA.
