MODE OF USE
Apply the product solution to the surface. Wipe with paper or cloth until completely dry. Poco dopo fatto l'ordine, sono stata contattata dal customer service, per informarmi del fatto che TUTTI gli oggetti acquistati non erano disponibili. Avrebbero dovuto rifornirsi, e poi avrebbero proceduto alla spedizione. Morale della favola: sono ancora in attesa, e non capisco perché vengano lasciati in vendita articoli che sono out of stock,
Inizialmente trovata ottima sia per prezzo che per spedizione, la sorpresa all.arrivo del pacco dove trovo un solo articolo anziché i due che avevo pagato, contattato il servizio clienti mi è stato risposto che avrebbero controllato e inviato il prodotto mancante,oggi la sorpresa di una mail di Bartolini dove mi comunica che ho una consegna da aspeer del prodotto mancante ma dove dovrei pagare il secondo articolo già pagato e pure la spedizione, spedizione che rinvierò al mittente con tanti saluti, purtroppo sotto questo aspetto direi esperienza decisamente negativa.
