MODE OF USE
Apply the product solution to the surface. Wipe with paper or cloth until completely dry. Esperienza positiva, della quale non sono completamente soddisfatto solamente per i tempi di spedizione della merce (tre settimane mi sembrano un po’ troppo…). In ogni caso la comunicazione con il venditore, sia via e-mail che telefonica, è stata eccellente.
Il prodotto acquistato una decina di giorni or sono non mi è ancora pervenuto, sono stato avvertito del ritardo inizialmente, ma da allora nessuna notizia, e adesso devo partire per le ferie. Sarebbe stata gradita una maggior attenzione, con aggiornamenti sullo stato dell'ordine.

Ho acquistato il prodotto il 24/07/2024. Il giorno 25/07/2024 mi scrivono "Purtroppo ricambio ordinato è terminato in magazzino. Verrà ordinato a fornitore, in arrivo tra 7-10 giorni." Ho risposto che accettavo la tempistica e di procedere ma ad oggi (29/08/2024) non ho più avuto nessun ritorno. Non posso certo dare una recensione positiva....
