MODE OF USE
Apply the product solution to the surface. Wipe with paper or cloth until completely dry. Avevo ordinato 3 prodotti, ma uno tardava ad essere assortito. Ho chiamato per chiedere aggiornamenti. Non solo l'operatrice è stata gentilissima al telefono, ma non nemmeno hanno avuto alcun problema ad annullare l'ordine del prodotto ritardatario rimborsandomi l'importo e facendo partire la spedizione per il resto del materiale il giorno stesso. Semplicemente perfetti. Bravissimi.

Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità.
