FIELD OF APPLICATION
Ideal for all freshly laid or treated floors in materials such as terracotta, stone, stoneware, klinker, porcelain stoneware and all acid-resistant surfaces.
MODE OF USE
- washing new surfaces: dilute in a ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 with cold water. Spread the solution on the floor and let it act for a few minutes. Brush and/or use a scouring pad. Finally, rinse.
- daily floor cleaning: add 1-2 caps to 5 liters of water and wipe the floor with a rag. There is no need to rinse.
- washing treated surfaces before waxing: before applying wax on treated floors, the product can be used to remove dirt residues. Dilute 1:3 to 1:5 with water, spread on the floor, brush or scrub and rinse at the end.

Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. Purtroppo avevo acquistato un ricambio ad un prezzo per poi vedermi recapitare un' email che diceva che il ricambio non era più disponibile a quel prezzo ma a circa un 40% in più.
nelle aspettative, l'imballo doveva essere maggiormente curato
Prodotto acquistato da oltre due settimane. Lo indicavano spedito in 2/3 gg. Costo oltre 700 euro. MAI arrivato! Mandato email all'azienda ma senza risposta. Sarò costretta ad agire per vie legali.
L'acquisto e la consegna sono stati facili e puntuali. Peccato che l'azienda non ha precisato che gli articoli acquistati, che normalmente hanno una scadenza di almeno 4/5 anni, scadono ad aprile 2025. Sarebbe stata corretta un'informazione adeguata e completa.
Non ho ancora ricevuto il ricambio la spedizione dovrebbe essere già effettuata ma non ho ancora ricevuto comunicazione
