FIELDS OF APPLICATION
As part of cleaning programs according to the HACCP system, DS100B is used in collective catering and food distribution exercises for specific weekly deep cleaning of plates and grills for cooking stoves, ovens, hoods and filters (such as vaporizer + sponge).
METHODS OF USE
- Apply DS100B to the surfaces to be cleaned with a vaporizer, cloth or brush;
- Let it act for a few minutes;
- Remove dirt with a wet cloth;
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
The action of DS100B is most effective on moderately warm surfaces (60 °C).
