Ho chiesto e pagato (€60) per un servizio assistenza su un piano cottura elica. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno scritto che non fanno interventi a domicilio (!) ma solo prelevando il pezzo rotto in laboratorio , un piano cottura da 100kg !mi restituiranno i €60 su carta ma ad oggi ancora nulla .
Servizio eccellente, ho trovato un ricambio ad un prezzo bassissimo rispetto al prezzo di altri siti più rinomati. Grazie!
