Il fatto che sono stato avvisato della presenza della mancanza di uno dei prodotti solo dopo la spedizione con conseguente aumento finale del prodotto acquistato visto la presenza delle spese di spedizione. Avrei voluto prima essere contattato prima e poter decidere se acquistare solo 1 prodotto. Visto che ne avevo per forza bisogno di due. Mancato aggiornamento del sito in quanto dava disponibilità. E' semplice ordinare, peccato che gli articoli sono segnati come disponibili sul sito, ma in realtà risultano da ordinare e ti avvisano solo dopo l'acquisto con una email. Anche dopo la mail, controllando il sito, la situazione non viene aggiornata. In molti negozi online purtroppo cominciano ad adottare questi sistemi pur di ricevere gli ordini, sistemi che trovo scorretti. Per fortuna il rimborso avviene senza problemi.
Servizio clienti ok con risposte veloci, il pacco ci ha messo quattro giorni anziché due ad arrivare che è sopportabile (dicono che era in un'altra sede). Il problema grosso è lo spedizioniere che usano, una certa Arco Spedizioni, che è davvero terribile, sono andato io a prendermi il pacco alla fine dallo spedizioniere perché avevano tardato la consegna senza motivo.
