Ho acquistato il prodotto il 24/07/2024. Il giorno 25/07/2024 mi scrivono "Purtroppo ricambio ordinato è terminato in magazzino. Verrà ordinato a fornitore, in arrivo tra 7-10 giorni." Ho risposto che accettavo la tempistica e di procedere ma ad oggi (29/08/2024) non ho più avuto nessun ritorno. Non posso certo dare una recensione positiva....
La consegna è stata rapida ma il prodotto è arrivato con gli angoli piegati, il confezionamento di oggetti così delicati andrebbe fatto con più cura.
Mi sembra ci sia un po’ di disorganizzazione a livello di tracciamento…treking e comunicazione, poiché a tutt’oggi non ho ricevuto l’ordine ma mi si chiede la recensione …..
Pagato 60€ per capire cosa avesse il ferro da stiro comunicazioni confuse e maleducate con il tecnico pessimo servizio richiesta del tecnico 148€ mail richiesta 125€ mi hanno detto che richiameranno
