Super veloci nella spedizione, comunicazioni perfette, imballaggio impeccabile. Non penso di aver mai ricevuto qualcosa di imballato così bene. Si trovano anche buoni sconti online, basta cercare! Ho fatto due acquisti separati su questo sito: un macinino gaggia e una macchina del caffè, entrambe le volte è andato tutto alla perfezione. Riacquisterò sicuramente su questo sito.

Non proprio la velocità di consegna presso il punto di ritiro (nel caso specifico non è stato un problema in quanto non avevo urgenza), però, in rapporto di altri servizi di altri operatori, qualche giorno per la consegna è tanto. Il ritiro è andato a buon fine, solo con un appunto: mi sono presentato al punto ritiro, ho semplicemente detto che ci dovrebbe essere un prodotto per me e la commessa mi ha "semplicemente" risposto che le è pervenuto un pacco, che non sa cosa contenga, mi ha chiesto solo se sono Simone, ho detto di si, ma potevo essere anche Mario, così me lo ho consegnato senza chiedermi prova dell'acquisto. Va benissimo !!!! Ma se invece fossi stato Mario e non Simone ??? Il mio prodotto, già pagato, sarebbe stato consegnato ad uno sconosciuto.
