Poco dopo avere fatto l'ordine mi hanno scritto via email dicendomi che purtroppo il ricambio che avevo ordinato non era in magazzino e se volevo annullare tutto; per fortuna ciò che chiedevo era una scorta che non avevo fretta di ricevere, per cui ho scelto di aspettare che rifornissero il magazzino ed oggi ho ricevuto tutto. Esperienza positiva, della quale non sono completamente soddisfatto solamente per i tempi di spedizione della merce (tre settimane mi sembrano un po’ troppo…). In ogni caso la comunicazione con il venditore, sia via e-mail che telefonica, è stata eccellente.
A tutt'oggi ancora non ho ricevuto l'ordine perché il corriere BRT non si degna di consegnare il pacco contattati più volte niente devo andare io a ritirarlo in un altra provincia. Un consiglio cambiate corriere perché i clienti non pagano le spese di spedizione per poi andare a ritirarlo di persona a svariati km in un altra provincia.
È andata male il prodotto non è mai arrivato. Sono veramente dispiaciuto.
