Il prodotto acquistato una decina di giorni or sono non mi è ancora pervenuto, sono stato avvertito del ritardo inizialmente, ma da allora nessuna notizia, e adesso devo partire per le ferie. Sarebbe stata gradita una maggior attenzione, con aggiornamenti sullo stato dell'ordine.
La modalità di vendita online è valida, paragonabile ad altri negozi. La nota dolente è che la disponibilità a magazzino non è evidente. Ho acquistato un ricambio e, solo dopo qualche giorno, sono stato informato via email che Assperr avrebbe fatto un ordine al fornitore perché non ce n'erano in magazzino. Ritardo di consegna di almeno una settimana. Bene aver informato il cliente e aver reagito per soddisfarlo, meno bene aver aspettato un ordine per verificare la disponibilità a magazzino

Dopo anni di acquisti presso il negozio di Marghera mi sono azzardato ad ordinare due ricambi dal sito web, purtroppo i pezzi seppur dati come disponibili non erano a magazzino e non era più possibile l'ordine presso il loro fornitore; devo comunque dire che la risposta è stata veloce e mi hanno rimborsato quanto versato.
Ci siamo innamorati del profumatore Davania dopo averlo sentito in un hotel, unico nella sua profumazione, sia per la casa che per grandi ambienti, uno spruzzo persiste per giorni senza infastidire. Noi lo usiamo nel nostro negozio e tutti i clienti rimangono piacevolmente colpiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, semplicissimo fare l'ordine e puntualissimi nella spedizione. E' semplice ordinare, peccato che gli articoli sono segnati come disponibili sul sito, ma in realtà risultano da ordinare e ti avvisano solo dopo l'acquisto con una email. Anche dopo la mail, controllando il sito, la situazione non viene aggiornata. In molti negozi online purtroppo cominciano ad adottare questi sistemi pur di ricevere gli ordini, sistemi che trovo scorretti. Per fortuna il rimborso avviene senza problemi.
