Buanasera sono molto arrabbiata, ho ordinato un ferro da stiro il giorno 08/09/2025 e ancora non ho ricevuto niente!!!

Dopo averlo acquistato, il 23/9 mi mandano una mail comunicando che il prodotto non è disponibile e devono richiederlo al fornitore, tempi di attesa 7/10 gg. Ad oggi 9/10 non avendo avuto notizie, sollecito telefonicamente e mi comunicano di non aver ricevuto nulla da loro fornitore e si rendono disponibili alla revoca dell'ordine ed al rimborso di quanto pagato. Richiesta revoca...Una stella é anche troppo.
