Ci siamo innamorati del profumatore Davania dopo averlo sentito in un hotel, unico nella sua profumazione, sia per la casa che per grandi ambienti, uno spruzzo persiste per giorni senza infastidire. Noi lo usiamo nel nostro negozio e tutti i clienti rimangono piacevolmente colpiti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, semplicissimo fare l'ordine e puntualissimi nella spedizione. Ho dovuto aspettare un pochino l'ordine, in quanto i pezzi richiesti non erano tutti disponibili sul momento, ma ho ricevuto fin da subito assistenza e ad ogni mia richiesta di aggiornamento ho avuto una risposta immediata. Oltretutto il pezzo che ho richiesto, su altre piattaforme costava notevolmente di più!
Inizialmente trovata ottima sia per prezzo che per spedizione, la sorpresa all.arrivo del pacco dove trovo un solo articolo anziché i due che avevo pagato, contattato il servizio clienti mi è stato risposto che avrebbero controllato e inviato il prodotto mancante,oggi la sorpresa di una mail di Bartolini dove mi comunica che ho una consegna da aspeer del prodotto mancante ma dove dovrei pagare il secondo articolo già pagato e pure la spedizione, spedizione che rinvierò al mittente con tanti saluti, purtroppo sotto questo aspetto direi esperienza decisamente negativa.
Innanzitutto gentilezza, cortesia, professionalità e rispetto per il cliente. Facilità nel trovare i ricambi nel loro sito (anche aiutati con gli esplosi delle macchine), pronte comunicazioni delle tempistiche di reperibilità dei ricambi non presenti nei loro magazzini .
Purtroppo dopo a un mese dall'ordine non ho ancora ricevuto quanto ordinato, il materiale non è stato ancora spedito.
